TrainStationNYC is a private independent personal training facility located in the heart of Manhattan’s Flatiron District. Occupying just over 5,000 sq. ft., TrainStationNYC has been designed from the ground up to deliver a first-class experience for both trainer and client.

The training floor features cutting-edge equipment from Keiser, LifeFitness and Marpo while maintaining a spacious open center aisle for workouts utilizing the sled and Prowler. Cardio equipment includes WOODWAY treadmills and ROUGE Assault Bikes.
